Manuel joined the Eastwood Development team in 2012, working on Eastwood’s Valley Street project. Manuel’s desire to learn and ‘can do’ spirit was immediately apparent and he quickly became an invaluable member of the Eastwood team. Manuel efficiently managed the finish carpentry work at Eastwood’s Spruce Street project, which ultimately sold for $9.5 Million in 2014.

As a key member of the field management team, Manuel brings a deep knowledge base and friendly demeanor to Eastwood projects. His attention to detail and commitment to meeting demanding construction timelines make him an invaluable part of the team. Manuel’s strong technical skills in all aspects of the building trade allow Eastwood projects to run smoothly and efficiently, resulting in a well-executed and high- quality final product.
