Lucas is the Principal of Eastwood Development.

A decorated combat veteran, Lucas’ civilian career has been as a builder ​and developer since 2007. He has completed over 300 projects since ​founding his firm. He is an enrolled member of the CTUIR. His goal is to ​support ethical business and real estate development for Tribes and create ​opportunities within the Tribal community.

Finance/Capital

Gabriel is CFO of Eastwood Development.

After earning a degree Cum Laude from Yale University, he spent over 20 ​years as a hedge fund analyst and portfolio manager. He now invests in ​real estate and development projects full time.

Development

Collin Price is the owner of Revel49, LLC, and a real estate developer who ​contributes his unique background and lived experiences to each ​development project. As a proud Tribal member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, ​he is committed to elevating Indigenous communities and economies by ​way of housing initiatives and development.
